We reported at the beginning of February this year on Dawid Janczyk’s transfer to GKS Cement Raciborowice. National, regional and local sports media outlets wrote about him.
The former star of, among others, Legia Warszawa and CSKA Moscow was supposed to help the club from Raciborowice secure promotion to the regional league. At the same time, playing in Raciborowice was also supposed to serve as a kind of therapy and help the footballer fight his alcohol problem. The club from Raciborowice created suitable conditions for him to do so.

It turned out that Dawid Janczyk’s absence from training was caused by family and personal problems. The footballer returned to training and remains a GKS Cement Raciborowice player, although he disappointed the club sponsor, MP Trans owner Marcin Pitera. Journalists from “Fakt” obtained this information after contacting the club sponsor.
