The matter was raised during the December session of the Bolesławiec City Council. There are plans for Leśny Potok to be operated by a private entity. Two options are being considered: either selling the facility or leasing it.
The reason? The city authorities want the Municipal Sports and Recreation Centre to focus on the water park on Spacerowa Street, which will open as early as June this year.
As we have established, Leśny Potok will certainly operate normally until the end of March. What happens next remains to be seen. For now, there is no bidder.
