As reported by the Bolesławiec police: – The driver who crashed into the back of the truck was taken to hospital.
Who was at fault?
Officers: – The causes are still being determined, as there is information that the driver of the passenger car may have contributed to the incident.
The incident occurred on February 19, before 9:00 a.m., at the 37th kilometre of the A4 motorway, in the direction of Wrocław. One truck crashed into another. The driver of the first truck was injured. It is not yet known how serious the injuries were.
The motorway is blocked. Disruptions may last several hours.
Road authorities recommend a detour via the Godzieszów interchange onto DK 94.
Police are determining the causes and circumstances of the incident.
