The incident occurred on 18 February. As reported by firefighters from Nowogrodziec:
Before 3 p.m., they responded to a report involving a car in a watercourse in Gierałtów.
The firefighters add: – Only the driver was travelling in the car, and he was not injured. Our tasks were to stabilise the vehicle, turn off the gas valve, disconnect the battery and pull the car onto the road.
