Robert Relich was the mayor of Nowogrodziec from 2006 to 2024. He is a graduate of the University of Wrocław, with a master's degree in administration from the Faculty of Law and Administration, as well as postgraduate studies in management psychology at the Institute of Psychology. Before entering public service in local government, he worked professionally at a bank. From 1995, he worked at a bank in Nowogrodziec.
