The students themselves presented the culinary specialties. Each of them explained what they had prepared and which ingredients they had used. The individual dishes not only looked appetizing but tasted just as good. Visitors could try eggs in mayonnaise, vegetable salads, sandwiches, as well as tasty ham roulades with a cottage cheese and horseradish filling.
All the dishes were prepared by first- and second-year students of the vocational school, specializing in cooking for small-scale catering. In addition to the teachers, students and school management, the Head of the Education Department of the Starostwo Powiatowe attended the dish presentation.
