Ms Aneta Polak was dismissed from the position of Principal of the Jan Paweł II Primary School in Gościszów due to numerous serious violations of the applicable regulations concerning occupational health and safety, pedagogical supervision, and ensuring safe and hygienic conditions for students’ learning, upbringing and care.
In the course of ongoing activities and as a result of irregularities in the school’s management reported by members of the Teachers’ Council of the Jan Paweł II Primary School in Gościszów, based on information provided by the Parents’ Council and students’ parents, an inspection conducted at the school by inspectors from the Wrocław Education Authority, Jelenia Góra Branch, and authorized employees of the governing body, irregularities posing a threat to the health and safety of the school’s students were revealed, along with violations of the basic duties of the employer and employee.
The Mayor entrusted the duties of Principal of the Jan Paweł II Primary School in Gościszów to Izabela Pawłowska — “from January 17, 2025, for a period of up to 10 months.”
