Journalist bolecinfo Kazimierz Marczewski walks around the house and blows a whistle every time a malicious comment annoys him. We suspect that the whistle in Marczewski’s mouth is symbolic. It is a play on words—the surname of our portal’s editor-in-chief is Gwizdała. Kazimierz Marczewski may have been annoyed by internet users’ comments beneath our article “Choose the Photo of 2024,” in which the journalist’s image took first place.
One of those who might buy himself a whistle to cool down somewhat after the article and video on our website would undoubtedly be Father Andrzej Jarosiewicz. The residents of Węgliniec should be asked whether they sometimes hear whistling coming from the parish house, especially on sunny days when the windows are open.
It is possible that Bishop Siemieniewski and several priests who threw off their cassocks and went whistling at morality and decency will also start whistling soon.
Another team member is Bogusław Nowak. He not only whistled, but also bought whistles for his charges and encouraged them to whistle as well. He gave the Whistle Team its artistic flair and a touch straight from Paris, as illustrated by the cover photo of this report.
The most ennobled person in the team, one might say a tsar-like figure, whose whistle rang out in his head during this year’s ceramic equality march, is none other than Piotr Roman. The mayor may also have bought and used the whistle after a few other articles, such as this one: Mayor Piotr Roman Loses in Court to the Editor of istotne.pl for the Second Time.
And so the wizard from the pulpit, the senior dwarf, the Parisian Gollum and the town hall’s ruler of men, together with Bolesławiec’s elves and hobbits, march on, intending to cast the One Whistle into the chasm of doom: One to rule them all, One to find them, One to bring them all and in the darkness bind them.
