Voivode Maciej Awiżeń dismissed. Who will replace him?

Voivode Maciej Awiżeń, who was dismissed today, had held the position since 22 December 2023.

As Radio Zet reports:

(...) Many allegations were made against Awiżeń—most concerned delays in providing assistance to flood victims, particularly financial aid. Some people affected by the natural disaster in September waited more than two months for money to rebuild their homes.

All of the voivode’s representatives were also dismissed. "Anna Żabska, president of Zamek Książ, is the new Lower Silesian voivode—today the prime minister appointed her after dismissing Maciej Awiżeń from the position at the request of the Ministry of the Interior and Administration"
