The birds were lying in a field between Bolesławiec and Dobra, near two farms. It is not known who dumped the dead animals in the field or when. On Monday, before noon, several men were collecting the dead birds.

Before we managed to reach the field, the men disappeared. They hid in nearby bushes. We notified the Powiat Veterinary Inspectorate in Bolesławiec about the matter, and it promised to deal with it.
