Panattoni Park Bolesławiec, with an area of 50,300 m², is located on the exit from Bolesławiec towards Gromadka. The facility features, among other things, 91 loading docks and a car park with 184 spaces for passenger vehicles and 12 for trucks.
The development was recently completed and has already secured its first warehouse-space tenant. This is Toyota Boshoku Poland, which has decided to lease 6,500 m².

Toyota Boshoku Poland is part of the Toyota Boshoku Group, an international automotive company. It manufactures complete seats, seat components and vehicle interior elements. The tenant chose this location both because of its proximity to its headquarters and its convenient connections to key markets. The new 6,500-square-metre warehouse will support the company's development by servicing nearby production operations and transporting products to Western Europe.
