On this day, Janina and Julian Piechotowie celebrated 60 years of marriage and the awarding of the Medal for Long Marital Life. Maria and Józef Pokładkowie, meanwhile, celebrated their 50th anniversary and the awarding of the Medal for Long Marital Life.

During the ceremony, the spouses were honored with certificates and the Medal for Long Marital Life, which is awarded by the President of the Republic of Poland. The distinguished jubilaries were decorated by Bolesławiec mayor Piotr Roman.
The ceremony was enhanced by a concert performed by young artists from the BOK-MCC workshop.
