Officers of the Customs and Tax Service of the Lower Silesian National Revenue Administration (KAS) shut down 3 illegal gambling venues in Wrocław, Legnica County and Bolesławiec County. KAS: – They secured 13 illegal gaming machines and more than PLN 25,000 in cash.

Organizing illegal gambling is punishable by a fine or imprisonment of up to 3 years, or both penalties together. Financial penalties of PLN 100,000 may be imposed on organizers of illegal gambling and owners of premises where unregistered machines operate.
