Those responsible for the project at the bridge are waiting for the water to recede. Then it will be possible to determine whether the foundation has been damaged. There will be no need to replace the engine or electrical components.
If the inspection goes well, the bridge will be opened. According to estimates, this will happen on Thursday, September 19.
We already know that the crane will be completely dismantled. The site will then be reinforced and the foundation constructed. Afterwards, the structure will be erected and a technical inspection will be carried out. That is the procedure.
All we can do is hope that the water recedes quickly and that on Thursday, September 19, we will be able to drive across the bridge on Zgorzelecka Street.
