Bolesławiec County Governor Tomasz Gabrysiak reports that due to the difficult situation around the riverbeds (the Bóbr and Kwisa), the following roads are blocked (impassable):
- National Road No. 357 in Nowogrodziec – Słowackiego Street,
- County Road 2273 in Kraszowice,
- County Road 2281 in Parzyce.
