The aim of the training was to increase employees’ awareness and skills in ensuring the safety of people with disabilities in the event of an evacuation. A well-organized evacuation can save lives, which is why it is so important for public institution employees to be properly prepared for such a possibility.

County office employees had the opportunity to take part in evacuation simulations, during which they practiced procedures and ways of assisting people with limited mobility in real time.

Training on evacuating people with disabilities is a step toward increasing the safety of all county residents. Thanks to the skills they acquired, employees will be able to respond more effectively in dangerous situations, which will certainly contribute to improving safety standards and the comfort of people with disabilities.
