It was an excellent opportunity to learn about various forms of physical activity and a healthy lifestyle. Participants had the opportunity to receive medical and dietary consultations, as well as laboratory tests, which were available throughout the day.

The programme included many attractions, one of the biggest hits being the running event “Bolesławiec Run – A Ceramic Run for Health”. Participants had to complete a 3-kilometre course with as many as 15 obstacles. The run combined elements of sporting competition and fun, attracting both experienced runners and those just beginning their running journey. In addition to Bolesławiec Run, there were skateboarding competitions, a bench press competition and streetball. There were also yoga sessions and a challenge for Nordic walking enthusiasts.

Bolesławiec County Governor Tomasz Gabrysiak, while presenting awards to the winners, emphasized the importance of such events and encouraged residents of our county to participate in sporting initiatives.

The event aimed not only to promote physical activity, but also to draw attention to the importance of a healthy lifestyle. The medical and dietary consultations attracted considerable interest, and participants had the chance to receive valuable advice on healthy nutrition and preventive healthcare.

The Sports and Health Town in Bolesławiec was an excellent opportunity to spend time actively during this year’s Ceramics Festival.
