The headquarters, led by Robert Dudek, includes, among others, Henryk Jasiński, Janina Majewska, Bożena Szymczak (WOŚP bank), Dorota Bernat, Justyna Rutkowska (café), Mateusz Makówka (head of the volunteer service), Grzegorz Makówka, Łukasz Ludwikowski, Krzysztof Krzemiński, Marek Łętowski and Jana Trawniczek (hosting the WOŚP auction).

This year's finale is to be musical. So far, fifteen bands have signed up, but the organizers are still accepting applications. “The headquarters wants as many bands from Bolesławiec as possible to perform before the audience,” says Marek Łętowski. “Bands interested in performing during the finale can apply directly to the head of the headquarters, Robert Dudek.

Robert Dudek encourages schools to organize performances and concerts to which they can invite a volunteer with a collection tin. “After 15 December, we can send a volunteer with a collection tin to any school concert or performance,” says the head of the headquarters. “All you have to do is call me.
