How did it begin and how did it progress?

  • In 2021, through the Bolesławiec County Head, the Bolesławiec County State Fire Service Headquarters obtained perpetual usufruct of land from the Municipality of Bolesławiec for construction on Ekonomiczna Street in Bolesławiec. Following a tender procedure, the design was accepted and a building permit was obtained.
  • In 2022, the first stage of the project was completed, including the construction of a water and sewage connection and site development through rough grading.
  • The scope of work completed in 2023 for the second construction stage included earthworks to prepare the site for construction, the construction of strip footings, pad footings and foundations for the main building, and the installation of below-floor sanitary and technological systems.
