Although six rounds remain before the conclusion of Group III of the Jelenia Góra A-class competition, GKS Cement Raciborowice can already celebrate promotion to the regional league. In Saturday’s 24th-round match, GKS faced LZS Nowa at the Łąka football ground. The match ended in a resounding victory for Cement. After this match, GKS’s lead over second-placed LKS Ocice is large enough that the promotion has already been decided.
Cement’s goals were scored by: 2x Patryk Pietrzak (9th and 75th minutes), Dawid Podskarbi (24th minute), 2x Radosław Pawlusiński (51st and 64th minutes), and Pedro Henrique (57th minute). LZS Nowa’s goal was scored in the 55th minute by Przemysław Szurgot.
