In April 2024, a major road investment began. The old bridge in Bolesławiec will be replaced by two new ones. The investor is the General Directorate for National Roads and Motorways, Wrocław Branch. The expansion of the transport system, together with the reconstruction of the existing bridge and construction of a new one, will cost approximately PLN 41 million. The work is scheduled to be completed at the end of 2026.
