No further discounts or concessions apply to the above prices. Children under 6 travel free of charge, on the basis of an adult's travel document. Children aged 6 to 15 travel with a 50% discounted ticket. A ticket must be purchased for a dog according to the special offer for transporting a passenger (a 50% discounted ticket). Each passenger may transport only one dog. Bicycles cannot be transported on the Pociąg do kultury.
Tickets issued under the special offer are valid only on the Pociąg do kultury. It is not possible to travel on other trains using tickets issued under the special offer. Tickets issued under the special offer are valid for international journeys both to/from Wrocław Gł. and Berlin-Lichtenberg stations, as well as to/from intermediate stations on the Pociąg do kultury route.
Tickets cannot be exchanged and no refund is available for an unused ticket. Please direct all claims and compensation applications to Koleje Dolnośląskie.

Since 2022, the Berlin–Wrocław Pociąg do kultury has been a project of Kulturprojekte Berlin GmbH, a company owned by the federal state. The multilingual cultural program on board is overseen by a German-Polish team of curators with many years of experience: Oliver Spatz, Natalie Wasserman and Ewa Stróżczyńska-Wille.
The Berlin–Wrocław Pociąg do kultury is funded by the federal states of Brandenburg and Berlin in cooperation with VBB and DB Regio Nordost.
