A reader sent us a video with the following caption:
This is how children leave the school grounds in Nowogrodziec after the gates are locked.
And added pointedly: – Is this safe?
Let us recall that the decision to close the entrances to the Primary School in Nowogrodziec caused concern among parents and residents. We wrote about it in the article: The entrance to the school grounds will be closed. Reader: it will be a catastrophe.
According to readers from Nowogrodziec, blocking the entrances from Asnyka and Kolejowa streets, which provide access to the school and kindergarten, may endanger children forced to stop in the street and make it more difficult for ambulances to gain access in emergencies. In addition, closing the large parking lot behind the educational buildings will cause morning chaos and parking problems.
The decision, which according to the school administration is intended to improve children’s safety, has been in force since April 15.
