On Thursday, 18 November, school workshops were opened at the Construction School Complex in Bolesławiec. They will operate as part of the modernization of Vocational Education Centres, a unique project covering the entire Lower Silesia region. Soon, the ZSB workshops will be equipped with specialist equipment worth PLN 1.2 million, and young people from Bolesławiec County and neighboring counties will be able to train in the following professions: surveying technician, construction technician and landscape architecture technician.

“This is an important moment in the school’s development,” says Jacek Jurkiewicz, head of the institution. “Year by year, ZSB is becoming an increasingly modern school, recognized not only in our county but also throughout Lower Silesia.”

The ceremonial opening of the workshops was attended by: Bolesławiec County governor Cezary Przybylski, deputy governor Stanisław Chwojnicki, head of the Education, Culture, Physical Culture and Sport Department of the Bolesławiec County Office Alicja Krzyszczak, Chair of the County Council Karol Stasik and member of the County Board Dariusz Kwaśniewski.
