The informant: “In broad daylight, in the middle of the week, this guy shamelessly pleasures himself.
And she adds:
I’m surprised that the police still haven’t done anything about it. People have different opinions on the subject, but let’s think about what would happen if a child, say 12 years old, were passing by there. We cannot avoid the issue; something must finally be done about it.
