Rental apartments are being built on Zwycięstwa Street in Bolesławiec, on the site of a former health clinic (plot no. 80/14). The investor is Towarzystwo Budownictwa Społecznego w Bolesławcu Sp. z o.o..
As part of the project, the company will construct two four-storey residential buildings (ground floor and three upper floors), each containing 22 units (44 in total), with the following floor areas:
- 6 one-room apartments measuring 29 m²,
- 32 two-room apartments measuring between 41 and 55 m²,
- 6 three-room apartments measuring between 72 and 78 m².
The area around the buildings will include a recreation area and an above-ground car park. Each unit will include a storage room and a balcony
or terrace.
“The project is financed with funds obtained by the Municipality of Bolesławiec, a preferential loan granted by BGK, and contributions from future tenants. Future tenants who are also contributors will be able to apply in the future to purchase the rented units,” says Emil Zając, president of TBS.

The project is valued at PLN 17.7 million. Completion date: Q1 2025.

Renovation of facades of buildings managed by TBS
Facade renovations carried out by TBS as part of its management of housing communities between 2019 and 2023, with financial support from the Municipality of Bolesławiec, are a key element in maintaining and improving the aesthetics of urban space. Renovation work is necessary not only for building conservation, but also to increase their aesthetic and functional value. These investments contribute to the renewal of facades, directly revitalizing and improving the image of urban neighborhoods.
