When Piotr Roman attended a session of the County Council, a question was raised about the Transport Hub. – I am not giving up on the Transport Hub – the mayor stressed. – The situation is as follows: we commissioned a company to prepare the documentation. The company failed to fulfill its obligations. The courts considered the matter for a very long time. Ultimately, we won the case in court. The company returned our money, plus additional compensation.
Moreover, the aforementioned company is also to provide the Municipality of Bolesławiec with certain elements of the documentation.
