This year, the “E-waste out of the house” campaign will take place during the Easter Fair at Bolesławiec Market Square from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. In exchange for electronic waste, you can receive a tree or shrub seedling.
The campaign exchanging electronic waste for tree and shrub seedlings is very popular among Bolesławiec residents. All collected equipment is handed over to a specialist company that recovers valuable raw materials from electronic waste. Several hundred people take part in the annual campaigns, and the electronic waste they deliver is measured in tonnes.
The campaign is organized by MZGK Sp. z o.o. in Bolesławiec and Miejska Biblioteka Publiczna – Centrum Wiedzy in Bolesławiec.
