Officers from the Patrol and Intervention Unit of the Bolesławiec District Police Headquarters received a report that a 34-year-old resident of Bolesławiec had stolen a household chemical product from a grocery store.
Police Headquarters: – After completing the procedures related to the theft, the uniformed officers searched the woman’s hand luggage because they suspected she was in possession of other items for which she had not paid. The police found dried plant material in her bag.
The woman who was detained admitted that the substances found belonged to her. (A police technician confirmed that it was marijuana).
The police summed up:
The woman was fined for stealing property worth PLN 63.99, and in connection with committing a crime, she was charged with possession of marijuana, for which she faces up to three years in prison.
