On Saturday, February 10, in the market square in Bolesławiec, cadets of voluntary basic military service from the 23rd Silesian Artillery Regiment took the oath, after which they became full-fledged soldiers of the Polish Armed Forces.

23rd Silesian Artillery Regiment:

During the ceremony, the commander of the Bolesławiec artillerymen, Col. Krzysztof Malankiewicz presented soldiers who distinguished themselves during basic training with letters of congratulations and thanked the soldiers’ parents for raising their sons and daughters in the spirit of patriotism.

The ceremony also featured a display of military equipment used by the subunits of the 23rd Artillery Regiment. At the promotional stand of the Bolesławiec Military Recruitment Centre, visitors were informed about the conditions of professional service and voluntary basic military service.
