I would like to publicize the issue of the roads in Warta Bolesławiecka municipality, specifically the Iwiny–Wilczy Las and Lubków–Wilczy Las routes. The road was impassable, with terrible snowdrifts. It was impossible to get through without getting stuck. Will someone take care of clearing this road? It is a side road from Wilczy Las. People cannot get to work because of the terrible conditions. I was driving to work for 6 a.m. and I did not make it.
On January 20, 2024, we sent information and an inquiry to the Municipal Services Department in Lubków and to Warta Bolesławiecka municipality, asking who is responsible for maintaining these roads. We are waiting for a response.

After publication, the reader added more information:
The roads are managed by the District Roads Authority in Bolesławiec. It is responsible for the road surfaces in our municipality. Unfortunately, phone calls with requests achieve nothing. Recently, a bus was delayed by more than an hour because of uncleared roads on the Bolesławiec–Warta route. And the authority’s response is that they clear snow and spread salt only on bends and inclines. The road from Tomaszów and Wartowice is an absolute nightmare as well!
We also received photos taken today, January 20, at 08:10, showing an icy and uncleared road in Warta Bolesławiecka toward the mill.

We received information about who is responsible for the uncleared roads:
- The Iwiny–Tomaszów Bolesławiecki road is a district road managed by ZDP Bolesławiec
- The Lubków–Wilczy Las road is a municipal road managed by ZGK in Lubków Sp. z o.o.
- The Wilczy Las–Szczytnica road is a district road managed by ZDP in Bolesławiec
