As reported by the City of Zgorzelec:
On 16 and 17 January 2024, individual tubes of the Königshainer Berge motorway tunnel will be closed due to scheduled maintenance work. In addition, on the afternoon of 17 January, the tunnel will be completely closed for a short time (planned maximum: 30 minutes) as part of the recommended inspection of the fire protection system.
The tunnel will be closed:
- 16 January | right lane | towards Görlitz | from 8:00 to 13:00
- 16 January | left lane | towards Dresden | from 13:00 to 15:00
- 17 January | right lane | towards Dresden | from 8:00 to 13:00
- 17 January | left lane | towards Görlitz | from 13:00 to 15:00
- 17 January | complete closure without a detour | both directions | from 15:00 to 15:30.
