The incident occurred on January 2 this year, at around 6:00 p.m., on one of the streets in the center of Lwówek Śląski. The local KPP: – Police officers from the Independent Preventive Police Unit in Legnica, who were serving in Lwówek County, noticed an Audi whose driver began behaving nervously upon seeing the police car and accelerated sharply.
The officers decided to stop the vehicle for a traffic check. However, the man ignored the officers’ orders. He began to flee, violating traffic regulations and endangering other road users in the process.
The result? The fugitive lost control of the vehicle on a bend in the road and veered off the road, after which he decided to continue fleeing on foot. A moment later, he was already in the hands of the officers.
The officers: – After checking police information systems, it turned out that the 24-year-old resident of Bolesławiec County had a lot on his conscience. In addition to being banned from driving motor vehicles, a drug test revealed that the driver was under the influence of methamphetamine.
What is more, the officers found a packet containing crystals in the car. A drug test confirmed that it was methamphetamine, from which more than 100 retail doses of the drug could be obtained.

The young man was taken to a police cell. He will face a series of offenses and crimes. His case will be decided in court.
