Yesterday, strong winds blew throughout Bolesławiec County. The result? 14 trees blown down. One of them fell onto a power line.
Another one, which fell onto the road between Kliczków and Dobra, was hit by a car driven by a woman from Bolesławiec, specifically damaging her car. Fortunately, the driver did not suffer any serious injuries.
In Bolesławiec, the wind also tore the roof off a public-use building. Firefighters had their hands full.
What is more, that same day, in the afternoon, uniformed officers put out a fire at a house on Jesionowa Street. (Of course, this latter incident had nothing to do with the weather conditions).
