What attractions await visitors to the Dolnośląskie Centrum Sportu on November 11:
- tour of the centre in groups (at 11:00 and 14:00)
- sports activities (table tennis, badminton, laser shooting range and an obstacle course for children
- running trip to Owcze Skały at 11:11. Registration by email is mandatory: recepcja.info@polanajakuszycka.pl
- cycling trip with Grabek Sport Jakuszyce (at 11:11; in this case too, the number of participants is limited; registration by email: rezerwacja@grabeksport.pl
- shooting with firearms at the biathlon shooting range (PLN 11 for three shots)
- opportunity to use the climbing wall (PLN 11)
- admission to the wellness area (pool, dry sauna, steam room, brine graduation tower—PLN 11 per hour); in addition, we are planning aqua aerobics at 16:00
- first-aid and OSP fire truck demonstrations
- presentation of the exercise laboratory with a treadmill trainer for skating technique (and a body composition analyser)
- Polish cuisine specialities at the bistro
- educational and scientific workshops with Nadleśnictwo Szklarska Poręba, Lasy Państwowe, entitled “Forest as a water reservoir”
