As reported by the 10th Armored Cavalry Brigade in Świętoszów:
President Andrzej Duda has decided to award general’s ranks. Among those appointed to the rank of brigadier general of the Polish Armed Forces is the commander of the 10th Armored Cavalry Brigade, Colonel Mirosław Downar.
The appointment certificate will be presented by the head of state on November 9 at the Presidential Palace, ahead of the National Independence Day.
