What is coaching?
Coaching is a process of personal development in private and professional life. If you are at a crossroads in your life or feel that you need a change but do not know where to start, coaching is for you.
How does coaching work?
In the coaching process, you develop new actions and habits, new responses to stimuli, and even a new approach to life's problems, based on structured thinking and action. Our meetings will encourage you to ask yourself the most important questions: What is important to me in life? What can I do to live the way I really want to? What kind of person do I want to be? I will accompany you in finding the answers to these questions and then in achieving your goals and striving to accomplish them.
Is coaching for everyone?
Coaching is intended for everyone who needs a change in life or feels stuck and has trouble deciding what to do next. If you have found yourself carrying an intention for months or even years, coaching is for you. This may concern every area of life, from family relationships and a lack of motivation to introduce changes in your life, such as taking care of your health or setting priorities, to professional life. It is dedicated to people interested in self-development, discovering themselves and making effective use of their potential. Thanks to coaching, you will become a better parent, a better partner in a relationship, and start coping better in your professional life—you will simply become a happier person.
What does the coaching process look like?
Coaching is a process that takes the form of a cycle of meetings—sessions. Each session lasts approximately 1.5 hours and has its own structure. Throughout the process, I support you and ask many, sometimes difficult, questions. By searching for answers, you will better understand yourself, discover what you need, what you already have and what is worth working on. The time between sessions, when the actual development work takes place, is equally important. This is time for you to test new ideas, check them and draw conclusions.
In the coaching process, your needs always come first, and the coaching tools are tailored to your individual situation.
What does coaching really provide?
- broadens your perspective and increases self-awareness,
- helps direct and plan actions in order to achieve goals, both in private and professional life,
- helps with family relationship problems,
- helps you get out of a deadlock and make better decisions,
- helps identify and develop your strengths,
- supports personal development and learning,
- helps you deal with criticism and failure,
- builds self-confidence.
How can you book a session?
I invite you to attend in-person meetings in Bolesławiec or online meetings via internet communicators. We can also conduct the session by telephone, without video. The most important thing is that this is your time alone and that no one disturbs you. Before the first session, we will get to know each other, establish the rules of our cooperation and discuss the topics we will work on. I will also be happy to answer all your questions about coaching.
“You are what you do, not what you say you will do.”
