Tomasz Łabowicz, the band’s vocalist and guitarist, on “My Blues”:
This is the second single from the album “Taki los”. This short story is an autobiographical account from the author’s life. Despite the difficulties that arise, it is important to be yourself. To look in the mirror without shame and be genuine. You need to find your own path and walk it boldly with your head held high.
The musical concept for this song was a raw and sparse sound with growing dynamics, leading up to a climax where the Hammond and guitar want to shout something out with a predatory, rough sound! The whole is enhanced by the trumpet sounds of Patrycjusz Gruszecki.
We presented the group’s profile in the article Chojnów band Plug’n’Blues with a debut album. A single featuring an outstanding jazz musician.
