On Friday, October 8, Bolesławiec police detained a 33-year-old resident of Warta Bolesławiecka Municipality suspected of distributing illegal alcohol. At the 33-year-old’s home, officers found nearly 15 litres of spirits without Polish excise-duty markings. The suspect now faces up to three years in prison.
