Today, Agiliway operates in five different locations, including Austin (Texas, USA), Kraków (Poland), Lviv, Chernivtsi, and Ivano-Frankivsk (Ukraine). Our team consists of more than 220 professionals and serves over 40 long-term and regularly active clients from Europe and the USA.

We Overcome Challenges and Continue Our Work

Over the years, Agiliway has faced certain difficulties, but together we overcame them, becoming even more resilient and competent. We implemented a Business Continuity Plan to continue providing services without interruption, even amid a full-scale invasion. We undertook various initiatives, such as stockpiling supplies, constructing shelters, and installing power generators.
Moreover, we became one of the first companies in Ukraine to implement the Starlink system. We provided our employees with all the necessary resources so they could continue delivering services at the highest level.

Supporting the Armed Forces of Ukraine

From the very beginning of the full-scale invasion, our company has demonstrated strong commitment by establishing the Agiliway Fund to support the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Through our joint efforts, we have raised more than UAH 21 million to support our military.

The largest-scale projects include two mobile dental clinics equipped with all the necessary equipment for providing dental services, a water supply system, a power generator, and more. We have also supplied units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine with video cameras, computers, and other necessary office equipment, enabling them to create surveillance systems for monitoring the situation on the battlefield and areas of uncertain status, with online control capabilities.

We also provide local support to hospitals treating wounded soldiers by supplying the equipment they need, including 40 kVA power stations. Our support also includes purchasing vehicles, tires, drones, anti-drone rifles, telescopic sights, thermal imaging cameras, data processing and analysis equipment, medical equipment, tablets, charging stations, Starlink systems, power generators, and much more.

All of this has been possible thanks to the commitment of our team and the loyalty of our clients and partners, who provide tremendous support. They participate as volunteers and support the Agiliway Fund with their donations. Our determination remains unwavering as we stand alongside the brave men and women defending our homeland in the face of ongoing challenges.

BPO Department

Our BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) department has experienced significant growth since its establishment in 2015. Over the past several years, we have provided companies around the world with a variety of services through our VAfromEurope platform, achieving exceptional milestones along the way.

Our offering includes tasks such as data entry, website management, research, web design, content management, social media management, SEO services, and much more. However, our services are not limited to VAfromEurope; we are open to new challenges and ideas. Our successful cooperation programs include countries such as the USA, Canada, Australia,

the United Kingdom, and many others.

CiviCRM, CiviMobile, and CiviCRM Hosting

Agiliway specializes in developing CiviCRM-based solutions for nongovernmental and nonprofit organizations. CiviCRM is a CRM system specifically designed for nonprofit organizations, nongovernmental organizations, and political parties.

The concept of CiviMobile was born to streamline the operations of these types of organizations, making them more productive and efficient. CiviMobile is our greatest achievement in this field—a mobile CRM tool created by Agiliway on the basis of CiviCRM. Our software supports nearly 1,000 servers, and CiviMobile is used by thousands of users.

As demand grew, we decided to create a separate structure and promote CiviMobile as an independent product. The mobile solution is available on both iOS and Android.

Recently, we launched CiviCRM Hosting, a hosted CiviCRM solution for nonprofit organizations with various areas of activity, regardless of their technical level or budget constraints. Our cloud-based platform offers easy-to-use CiviCRM through a SaaS hosting approach.

We provide server space and handle installation, updates, backups, and other technical aspects. We provide around-the-clock online access to CiviCRM, operating as a CRM hosting services provider. For those who want to start using our CRM for nonprofit organizations, the first step is to choose the appropriate subscription package and then log in to the CiviCRM system.
