Biuro Ronin does not use the services of “intermediaries” who harass people injured in unforeseen events in hospitals, cemeteries, and homes and persuade them to sign agreements hastily. People, often under the influence of emotions or medication, sign agreements that are extremely disadvantageous to them.
Representatives of the hyena type, who offer the services of unknown law firms from distant cities already at cemeteries or hospitals, should be rejected first. If someone has no respect for an accident victim and their family, it is difficult to expect them to show respect for the victim and their family later as clients.
It is important to remember that an injured person does not have to seek compensation immediately after an accident. They have time to do so. Depending on the classification of the unlawful act, the time limit for submitting claims is between 3 and 20 years. The earliest accident handled by the office involved a child being hit in 1992. The most recent payment to an injured person who was already an adult was a one-off amount of 600,000 zlotys in 2018.

The insurer paid PLN 10,500 and offered a settlement of PLN 20,000. Biuro Ronin secured an additional PLN 183,000 in compensation and damages plus interest.
In December 2019, a female resident of Bolesławiec was hit by a car. As a result of her injuries, she became moderately disabled. She returned to work, but moves around on crutches. The insurer of the vehicle responsible for the accident initially paid PLN 10,500. It offered a settlement totaling PLN 20,000. After the case was assigned to Biuro Ronin in 2023, the injured woman received an additional PLN 183,000 in compensation and damages, together with statutory interest calculated from December 2019.
Damage to a rare car model. The insurer paid PLN 10,000 in compensation and refused to enter into a settlement. Biuro Ronin handled the case and the owner of the damaged car received an additional PLN 35,000.
In May 2022, a very rare BMW model was damaged in an accident. Poland’s largest insurer paid the embarrassingly low compensation amount of PLN 10,000. Despite the obvious validity of the claim and mediation, the insurer refused to enter into a settlement. This year, a Biuro Ronin client received an additional PLN 35,000 for the vehicle damage, together with interest for late payment.
Three people hit by a drunk driver. What did the insurer offer, and what was achieved thanks to Biuro Ronin’s work?
In June 2020, in Bolesławiec, a drunk driver hit three people—a woman, a man, and a child—on a pavement in Bolesławiec. To date, thanks to Biuro Ronin’s work, the man has received PLN 350,000 in compensation and damages. He also receives pensions from the vehicle insurer for increased needs and a supplementary pension equal to the minimum net wage, totaling PLN 4,500. The insurer offered a one-off settlement of PLN 600,000 in exchange for giving up the pension. After analyzing the offer, it was deemed extremely disadvantageous for the Biuro Ronin client and was rejected. Proceedings in this case are still ongoing.
Biuro Ronin offers free consultations, legal support, and the lowest commission on the market. Importantly for the injured person, the transfer from the insurer goes directly to their bank account. The office also provides medical assessments, vehicle valuations, court and out-of-court proceedings. The office may also participate in the costs of the proceedings.
