A resident of the Nowogrodziec municipality was detained by a police patrol in connection with suspicions of abusing his mother and damaging property. As officers from KPP Bolesławiec determined: – While intoxicated, the man repeatedly started arguments over the past year and a half, grabbed and pushed the victim, insulted her and threatened to take her life. He also repeatedly banged on the apartment door and damaged the entrance door.

The prosecutor placed the perpetrator under police supervision, ordered him to leave the apartment and prohibited him from contacting or approaching the victim.
The 33-year-old resident of the Nowogrodziec municipality now faces a sentence of between three months and as many as five years in prison.
