Officers from the Bolesławiec police unit arrested a 29-year-old woman wanted by the court. KPP: – The woman was sentenced to 1 year and 2 months in prison for crimes against property.
And it explains: – The indictment against the suspect, prepared by a police officer from the Criminal Investigation Department, contained a series of charges concerning thefts and burglaries.
How did this happen? For two and a half years, the woman took advantage of her grandfather's difficulties with electronic banking. During that time, using the senior's payment card, she withdrew and transferred over PLN 60,000 from his account. (What's more, she broke into a cash box and stole his cash.)
