Attention! Changes to the deadlines for the obligation to register a registered vehicle imported from the territory of the European Union and to notify the authorities of the sale or purchase of a vehicle registered in the country.
In connection with the end of the state of epidemic emergency, as of July 1, 2023, the purchase and sale of a vehicle must be reported within 30 days from the date of the transaction. The same deadline applies to registering a vehicle imported from EU countries – 30 days from the date the vehicle was imported.
Failure to meet this deadline is subject to a financial penalty.
