On 23 June, at the 1 BA camp, Minister of National Defence Mariusz Błaszczak presented soldiers who had rendered particular service in protecting the country’s eastern border with the new special distinction “For the Protection of the Republic of Poland’s Border.”
As the Bolesławiec unit emphasizes:
Among those honored is a soldier from the 23rd Silesian Artillery Regiment.
It adds:
