BKS Bolesławiec has received a license to participate in the new fourth division. As Andrzej Padewski – President of the Lower Silesian Football Association – announced on his Facebook profile:
The Club Licensing Committee granted licenses authorizing participation in fourth-division competitions in the 2023/2024 season to the following clubs:
BKS Bobrzanie Bolesławiec (Świętoszów stadium),
Iskra Księginice,
MLKS Polonia Środa Śląska.
Therefore, the Bolesławiec team will be able to play its fourth-division matches at the facility in Świętoszów.
Meanwhile, BKS Board President Michał Lis informed us that the city authorities are doing everything they can to enable BKS to play matches at the stadium on Rajska Street in Bolesławiec as soon as possible.
This requires the facility to meet the licensing requirements. If everything goes according to plan, BKS will be able to play its matches at the facility on Rajska Street while the stadium on Spółdzielcza Street is being renovated.
