It will be possible to reach the Polish seaside by Koleje Dolnośląskie train in no more than six hours—this is the fastest scheduled connection on the Wrocław–Świnoujście route. The service will be available on weekends and on 15 August.
“The new summer connection operated by Koleje Dolnośląskie is not only a great opportunity for Lower Silesian residents to spend a weekend at the Polish seaside. It is also the fastest rail connection from Świnoujście to Wrocław Główny, which residents of the West Pomeranian Voivodeship will be able to use. The route will take just five and a half hours according to the schedule,” says Damian Stawikowski, president of Koleje Dolnośląskie.
The ticket price for the Wrocław Główny–Świnoujście and Świnoujście–Wrocław Główny routes will be PLN 79, while tickets for the Legnica–Świnoujście and Świnoujście–Legnica routes will cost PLN 69. Tickets with seat reservations can be purchased 30 days before travel in the Koleo app.
The train will leave Wrocław for the seaside on Saturday at 5:40 a.m. and is scheduled to arrive in Świnoujście at 11:10 a.m. The return journey will take place on Sunday at 4:40 p.m. The full timetable is available below:
