Construction work covers three historic buildings, namely the Youth Cultural Centre, the Old Theatre and the Complex of Commercial and Service Schools in Bolesławiec.

Youth Cultural Centre

In the first building, the basements, internal circulation routes and educational rooms are being renovated, while the central heating system with its equipment and the electrical installation are being replaced. The work includes installing new floors, exterior plaster and ceilings, vertical and horizontal damp-proof insulation, removing damp plaster affected by mould and fungi, and applying renovation plaster. In addition, the building will receive a new façade and car park. The basement will house the Memorial Room of the Victims of the Activities of the Security Service in Bolesławiec in the 1940s.

Old Theatre

Construction work at the Theatre mainly covers the basements, where renovation plaster will be repaired and restored. In addition, external insulation of the basement walls and modernization of the air-conditioning system will be carried out. The Theatre’s stage boards will also be renovated.

Complex of Commercial and Service Schools

At ZSHiU, the work involved partially applying renovation plaster in the basements, along with insulating the external walls. In addition, some administrative rooms were renovated and the exterior basement doors were replaced. The school’s car park and fencing are currently being reconstructed.
