The Gminne Centrum Kultury i Sportu in Nowogrodziec will be renovated for nearly PLN 2 million

Thanks to funding from the Polish Deal Government Fund, another major investment will be carried out in our gmina.

This concerns the thermal renovation of the Gminne Centrum Kultury i Sportu building in Nowogrodziec, which will be carried out by the Wrocław-based company TMB Polska.

Gmina officials:

The main aim of the investment is to reduce the building’s energy consumption, improve the thermal comfort of its usable rooms, reduce energy demand and reduce CO₂ emissions.

What will be done?

Office: – As part of the project, the external walls will be insulated, the ceiling above the top usable floor will be thermally insulated, and the external window and door joinery, the central heating system and the external lighting system will be replaced. The work will also include supplementing the natural ventilation system, renovating the roof covering and external stairs, removing retaining walls, and constructing concrete paving around the building. A ramp for people with disabilities will also be built.

How much will it cost?

The total value of the investment is PLN 1,968,000; funding from the Polish Deal Government Fund amounts to PLN 1,928,640.
