Burger restaurant Tasty Bolesławiec organized a fun event for fans of beef in a bun with toppings on World Burger Day: a burger-eating speed championship. Five men entered—three Poles and two Americans. As it turned out, a healthy young man from Bolesławiec can eat a sizeable burger in 2 minutes and 10 seconds. Let us recall that Joey Chestnut, the American who earns millions from competitive eating, set a speed record for eating hamburgers in 2007. He ate 103 hamburgers in 8 minutes, which means less than 5 seconds to eat one hamburger!

Additionally, three contestants—two men and one woman (an American)—took part in a spicy-burger eating challenge. The rule was that they had to finish a burger seasoned with hot spices. All the contestants rose to the challenge, and there were three winners! As a reward, the contestants received meal vouchers for Tasty Bolesławiec, as well as vouchers from CzystaSprawa24.pl in Bolesławiec.

Tasty Bolesławiec is the only place of its kind in Bolesławiec where you can eat a craft hamburger: coarsely ground, 100% seasoned beef with a distinctive texture. After cooking, the beef is juicy inside and crispy outside, with the doneness adjustable according to individual preferences (lightly cooked, medium, or well-done). This is accompanied by buns baked daily according to their own recipe. Finger-licking good!
